Website and web app development, built to be found and to convert
Burhan Khatri builds custom websites and web applications for businesses, galleries, startups and founders in the US, UK and Europe. Each site is built with Next.js, React and TypeScript, server-rendered for search engines, and delivered with the structured data, sitemap and metadata that search and AI engines need to find it.
A website is usually the first thing a prospect checks before replying to an email or booking a call. The sites below were built for real clients: a private jet charter platform in the UK, two art galleries, a color theory publication, and a time-tracking SaaS with a native Mac app.
The work covers design, content structure, build, deployment on Vercel, analytics, and the search groundwork most agencies skip: page titles, schema markup, a sitemap, robots rules and an llms.txt file for AI engines.
What this covers
- Marketing sites and landing pages that load fast and read well on phones
- Web applications with accounts, dashboards, payments and databases (Next.js, PostgreSQL, Prisma)
- Catalogue and gallery sites fed from Airtable or a CMS, so the owner updates content without a developer
- Redesigns and migrations from WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or Gatsby
- SEO and AI-search setup: metadata, JSON-LD schema, sitemap, robots, Open Graph previews
- Hosting, domains, analytics and a handover you can maintain yourself

Frequently asked questions
How much does a website cost?
- It depends on scope, so every project gets a written quote before any work starts. A focused marketing site is a smaller fixed-price project; a web app with accounts, payments and dashboards is scoped in milestones. Send a short description through the contact page and you will get a quote, not a sales call.
How long does a website take to build?
- Most marketing sites go live in two to four weeks from the day content and branding are in hand. Web apps are planned in milestones with a working version deployed early so you can test it as it grows.
Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?
- Yes. Almost all client work is remote for businesses in the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe, including a UK charter operator and a fine art gallery in the US. Communication runs over email, Slack or video calls in your working hours.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
- Yes. Content is kept in a CMS, Airtable or typed content files, and the handover includes a short walkthrough. You own the code, the domain and the hosting account.
Which technologies do you use?
- Next.js, React and TypeScript for the front end; Node.js, Python and FastAPI for back ends; PostgreSQL and Supabase for data; Vercel for hosting. The choice follows the project, not the other way round.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in ChatGPT answers?
- Every site ships with the technical groundwork: server-rendered pages, unique titles and descriptions, JSON-LD structured data, a sitemap, robots rules that allow search and AI crawlers, and an llms.txt file. Rankings also depend on your content and reputation, so no one can honestly promise a position.
